אם מישהו היה טורח לקרוא את ההסכם שימוש שלהם (למרות שאף אחד לא היה טורח)
הוא היה רואה שהם רשמו שם שהם שומרים לעצמם את הזכות לעשות את הדבר הזה

שגיא צודק , אולי תקראו קודם על החברה לפני שאתם קונים ממנה משהו בכלל?
עם הייתם קוראים את התקנון הייתם יודעים איך הם פועלים , ואז הייתם שוקלים העם לקנות מהם או לא.

זה יהפוך את האונס לחוקי? לא נראה לי.
גם כאן, הם רשמו בהסכם שימוש שמותר להם לבצע דבר לא חוקי, זה לא הופך את מה שהם עושים לחוקי.

אני יודע שהגזמתי מעט עם הדוגמא, זה היה רק כדי להמחיש... נקווה שלא יקפצו עליי כולם עכשיו.
