צריך עזרה בנוגע לעברית בHTML

אני לא ממש מבין בזה תגיד לי עם צריך או לא חח שאני יוריד עם לא צריך מה צריך לשנות שמה כדי שאני יראה עברית בעמוד

האתר לפני זה היה מתוכנת לאנגלית
איך אני עושה שהכתב יהיה מימין לשמאל כאילו עברית תיקנית ולא בעברית אבל מימין לשמאל

דווקא כאן הציניות [ניסיון החיקוי?] לא נדרש. הוא נתן את תחילת הקוד, כל שאר הקוד לא תורם לעזרה (אתה לא צריך את </html> כדי לדעת למה זה לא מציג עברית).

אולי כדי להכריז על העמוד כעל עמוד בעל קידוד UTF-8?

גיא כהן,
העמוד שמור כ UTF-8 דרך העורך טקסט? אם לא, תשמור אותו ככה ותוסיף את ה meta tag. זה אמור להציג עברית בצורה תקינה.
