[בעיה] שינוי DNS
 

שלום לכולם,
רכשתי לא מעט דומיינים מהספקית netfrims , והפעם רכשתי דומיין ORG.(לפני כמה חודשים)
אני מנסה לכוון אותו לשרת שלי והוא לא נותן ורושם שגיאה.
החלטתי לפנות אל הספקית ושלחתי מייל.
המייל:
Hi, i have a problem with name-servers on my Org domain.
i want to change the DNS and i can't because your system give me Error: DNS update failed.
please change me the DNS servers to:
ns1.votx.co.il
ns2.votx.co.il
my domain name: zur-lavon.org
thank you very much and have a nice day!

לאחר יום בערך הם החזירו לי את התשובה הבאה:
Thank you for your email inquiry.

We would like to inform you that the error you have provided has occurred as the name servers you wish to direct your domain name to are currently missing from the foreign registries. Registries such as those for .info, .biz, and .org maintain their own databases of registered, valid name servers, rather than going by the default .com/.net registry database; if the name server values are not registered, the aforementioned error occurs.

To correct the issue, please contact the administrator of the desired name servers and request that they register the name servers with the foreign registries. Usually this is done by having the DNS administrator log into their domain registrar's control panel. Once this action has been performed, you may then proceed with your desired name server changes.

לפי מה שהבנתי, הDNS השרת בעצם לא נמצא אצלהם במאגר וככה הוא לא נותן לך להתחבר אליו או משהו כזה... האמת שאני לא יודע איך לפתורת תבעיה הזאת.. .O.ם

הבעיה נפתרה אני חייב לציין שהספקית נטפירמס אינה רצינית ומה שהיא רושמת בתגובות זה דברים לא נכונים.
אני חייב להודות לs-preso שפתר לי את הבעיה.
תודה רבה לכל העוזרים אפשר לנעול.
