d into your account, select the domain u want to transfer, and click on the option, change account and the box on the right will need all name/address/email etc. Fill in that box. Once you do, the email you enter there will receive a secure ID and transaction code. Once you have that, login into the 2nd account, and click on accept pending transaction, and it will ask for those 2 numbers. Enter them here and follow the steps. You are done.
