if you send from the ICQ, in your message you have like this:

and my service your message is like this:

so i will guess that people will take service without PIRSOMET (ICQ), no?

i did this register becuase if i will let you sign with normal mail, a lot of people will register a lot of time
so i let sign only with ISP mail
