העלאת מסד בסיומת bak - מקבל שגיאה

שלום.
היה לי מסד על שרת ווינדאוס, היום לקחתי את המסד וניסיתי להעלות אותו לשרת לינוקס דרך PHPMYADMIN (כן, IMPORT).
הוא לא העלה את הקובץ..

ניסיתי להעלות דרך import בphpmyadmin..לא הצליח:

מה זו השגיאה הזו? למה זה לא מעלה?
אולי כי זה היה על שרת ווינדאוס ועכשיו הוא לא יכול להיות על שרת לינוקס?
ניסיתי גם להעלות zip.

הגעתי לדף הזה ולעוד רבים אחרים..האמת? לא הבנתי מה הם רוצים שאעשה.
