עשיתי עסקה עם איזה בחור ב-EBAY, לא התאים לי אחרי זה אז הוא החזיר לי תכסף [לא משנות הנסיבות כרגע].

קיבלתי מייל כזה:

בערך זה אומר שאני אקבל את התשלום אחרי שהכסף "יתנקה" מהחשבון שלו..
הכוונה היא לא לכך שהוא יתן אישור להעביר תכסף?

השאלה שלי בקיצור היא, אם הוא סיים את החלק שלו בלהחזיר את הכסף חזרה ועכשיו זה תלוי ב-PAYPAL וכבר לא קשור אליו או שהוא צריך לעשות עוד משהו?
ואחרי שאני מקבל את הכסף הוא לא יוכל להחזיר אותו לחשבון שלו נכון?
