How do I turn off automatic renewal?

Please be advised that we do not recommend turning off automatic renewal. Should you do so, your account will be suspended for non-payment on the renewal date, unless you make payment before that date. Should the account be suspended, a reinstatement fee will apply in addition to the normal service charges.

To turn off auto-renewal, please e-mail renewal@ipowerweb.com with the last 4 digits of the credit card on file for verification. You may also call 1-888-511-4678 option 3.

You must e-mail us at least one week before the renewal is to take place.
