I've previously let you know that the number of visitors to your site was causing instability problems for the apache web server.

This is a shared environment and all users have to share the resources equally. We cannot allow for one website to monopolise resources to the point where it causes disruption for other users, one the previous days where your visitors have been high it may not of caused disruption for other users so we've not had to take action.

However, today we did need to take action to prevent disruption for other users.
