Why we are quiting?

We are a very small company consist of three people only. We registered our business as e-commerce and software developing company. Though we stepped into the hosting industry, we still taking in e-commerce projects. We seriously lack of time to handle projects and hosting together. Plus we are not certified network engineer, sometimes small problem will bugging us for a long time. We are very tire, stress up and hairs drop. So after a long think, we decide to drop our server biz and concentrate on our software development ( we got some brilliant ideas of web2.0 applicatio now), we also need money in our new adventure of software development and hoping a success in it.

What we will selling?

-2 cisco 2950 series switch + 1 linksys switch
-22 1 U servers ( p4 3.0 + 160 g harddisk + 1G ram, some are duo croe 3.0 and core2duo) + customers
-3 mini tower servers ( p4 3.0 + 160 g harddisk + 1G ram) + customers
-26 customers ( on reselled servers)
-our website (if you do not want, also never mind) and our list of customers contacts on msn
-one helm license + 20 directadmin life time license

What you will enjoying?
-start a biz in asia instantly, asia still has a very big market in dedicated servers, markets in countries like vietnam, myanmar etc have not opened up yet, while some other countries network are not good, while we are in one of the transit hub in asia
-you will get 51 customers straight away
-you will get 5 active resellers straight away, they can bring in 4 to 5 servers each time
-we will teach a business strategy which can make you continue grow in asia.
-All servers are almost brandnew, the oldest one server only ten month, most of them warranty coverage up to 3 years.

-we hosted four hosting companies on our servers, two servers are lease-to-own at high price, one only paid one month another three month, so you will confirm earn money from these two companies.

אולי חברות גדולות אם לדוגמא ניקח את SPD או את SITEAM יוכלו לקחת את זה

נתתי פשוט את הדוגמאות לחברות הרציניות והגדולות בפורום אם הם לא יכולים כנראה שגם
השאר לא יוכלו לקנות.
