 Q: Can I cancel my order?

 A: If the order status is "Unpaid", you can delete it directly.

If the order status is "Paid", you can only cancel it before the order is processed, the time will be in 0-24hours.

Once the products were sent, you cannot cancel your order. And you can choose send back the unopened products, we will refund your money when we receive them. 

Please note, Focalprice.com does not pay the return shipping cost for return item, and we are not responsible if goods were lost when send back without tracking. We will deal with the refund within 1-3 business days when we receive the goods.
